I specialize in custom exotic hardwood grips for 1911 style handguns.  In addition to exotic woods, I am able to make grip panels from anything that can be worked with traditional woodworking tools ( Ivory, Buffalo horn etc.)  There are different styles available, and custom fitting for the vast array of pistol manufacturers out there.... I can fit almost any 1911 style handgun on the market.  That being said, I am working on adding more styles of pistol in the future, the site will be updates as more styles become available.  Just let me know if there is anything you want that I don't have on the site, and I will do my best to accomodate your request.  Custom and unique are two of my favorite words!!

Traditional smooth grips are a standard here, but there are many options to choose from. 

 I offer, in addition to traditional grips, a more streamlined look where the area of the Mainspring Housing Pin is covered, adding a very sleek look, and not detracting from the function of the firearm.

Custom engraving is also available upon request.  Laser engraving will certainly add to the personal touch of these beautiful custom grips, and I am willing to engrave most anything that you want, provided you have photo-ready artwork for me to work with.  I am unable and unwilling to violate any copyright laws, so if your artwork is protected, I would also need an original copy of a signed release from the owner of the artwork to proceed.

Inlay is also available upon request, and the cost will vary based on how involved the inlay is.  Common inlays would be from as simple as coins and nameplates, to more involved scenes and artwork.  I will post examples as they are done so you can see what I am capable of.

Each set of StradCustomGrips is individually seralized and initialed by the craftsman to add to the unique quality, and ensure that your new grips are truly one-of-a-kind!!
